Information on an event that is going to take place at the Oneonta Airport on Saturday, September 17th. The information is in draft form at this time, so expect updates. There is a group of individuals working with the city of Oneonta, and who have asked to involved our school, that is planning this event. It is becoming quite a big deal! It looks to be an exciting and interesting day for people and families to consider attending, especially anyone interested in flying or aviation. They also hope to have Ron Garan, NASA astronaut, who took his first flying lesson at the Oneonta Airport present.

Attached you will find an agenda for the day and three flyers. As you will read the flyers share information about events our students can become involved with. I know the date of September 17th will not leave much time for students to enter the contests, but I thought some individuals might be interested and want to think about this over the summer with the hopes of getting started right away. (especially interested in the Penny Plane Rubber Band Powered Flight competition!!)
