SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY PROFILE

The school population has remained steady over the past several years with approximately 330-350 students in grades K-12. In many ways, the school serves as a community center for the resident, and hosts a wide variety of activities for both its students and community members alike. Most of the population is employed in nearby Oneonta, with many individuals working at the colleges. Many community members and students take advantage of the benefits of having these institutions of higher learning close by. Gilbert Lake State Park is a well known tourist attraction.
