The main entrance to the building will be from the bus loop. All visitors, parents and students entering the building during the day need to park their vehicle in the designated spaces ( see parking rules) and enter the building through the front doors. You will be required to sign in at the main office.
From 7:45 – 8:05 in the morning and at 2:50 the side door of the building will be opened for parents to drop students off and pick them up in the afternoon. This will reduce congestion in the front of the building.
AT NO OTHER TIME DURING THE DAY WILL THESE DOORS BE OPENED.
Effective 9/6/2016 all doors will be locked at 8:05AM, except the Front door. All persons entering the building will be required to enter through this door and will sign in. This procedure will not impact the ability of anyone, student or adult, to exit the building through any door, as required by New York State Law.
After the first week of school all parents are to drop their children off at the main or side door and pick them up there as well. Parents are not to escort children to classrooms after the 1st week of school.
